AI has industrialised the cybersecurity landscape: it has never been this easy for bad actors to run sophisticated attacks at every tier. Firms spend hundreds of millions a year on the technical perimeter while neglecting the one surface still unmeasured: the human and agentic decision layer. BEC losses topped £2.9 billion in 2024, and AI-driven fraud is up 500% in some sectors. Human Node is built for that gap.
→ What I owned
Own the architecture, product, and commercial model for SIGNAL end-to-end: the PCTS score, a continuously updated measure of an organisation’s cognitive attack surface, and the four-tier path from a free OSINT check to a full operating picture.
Led forensic investigation (with the National Cyber Security Centre), remediation, and staff training for a live, adversarial breach.

Real, adversarial proof the methodology holds, not simulated. The same scoring now runs as SIGNAL’s PCTS score.
