Redesigned MarketAxess’s pre-trade decision surface for bond traders, co-designed with BlackRock, State Street and DWS, alongside CP+, a machine-learning engine pricing 24,000+ bonds. ~20% lift in trader volume.
Halo
Designed and built a valuation workstation for loans backed by GPUs. The evidence base for a public comment to the CFTC.
Lloyds Banking Group × Spaces
Led the Spaces redesign across Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of Scotland, rolled out to 20m+ mobile customers.
Gattaca × Titan Builder
Made Ethereum’s block-building and relay layer legible to the traders and validators who route through it. Titan now builds 53% of blocks.
CRU Group
Led design of CRU’s asset-risk and cost intelligence platform, including AI summarisation for analysts, and one design system across the business.
Human Node
Founded a human-risk security company that measures how people get manipulated into breaches, as AI makes attacks cheaper. Led a live breach response with the NCSC.
Fidelity International
Led an 8-person team shipping Fidelity Wealth Expert across Germany, the UK and Japan.

Systems first
I map how the system really works, who it serves and where it fails, before I draw a screen. The design follows the model, so the decisions hold up in front of engineers, quants and regulators.
Trust under pressure
Most of my work runs where mistakes cost money: live markets, bank accounts, adversarial networks. I design for the failure case as well as the happy path, and make the hidden judgements visible.
Built, not just drawn
I prototype in code when it moves the decision faster. Halo is a working product, not a deck. Teams get something they can test, argue with and ship.
